Deleting your account — Wild Beasts
In the game (fastest)
Settings → Delete account → confirm twice. The account is deleted immediately.
Without the game
Write to langhamer.milan@gmail.com from an e-mail address by which we can recognise you, and include:
- your player code (Profile → Your player code, 8 characters), or your nickname and the approximate date you last played,
- the sentence "I request deletion of my account in Wild Beasts".
We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm it to you by e-mail. Because accounts are not tied to an e-mail address or a name, we may ask for information to verify that the account is yours (for example the name of one of your decks).
What is deleted
- profile and nickname, player code,
- card collection, decks, coins, unopened boosters,
- friends, received and sent friend requests, rewards, quests, achievements,
- entries in the leaderboards of all seasons and tournaments,
- notification tokens, published decks, statistics of matches played,
- the link to Google Play Games (your Google or Play Games account is not deleted, only its link to the game),
- the entry in the report queue, if someone reported you,
- your nickname in all matches and challenges — opponents see "Deleted player" instead; matches in progress end as forfeited, open challenges are cancelled.
What remains (without any link to you)
- anonymised purchase records (accounting) for the period required by accounting and tax law, at most 10 years,
- records of coin and card movements and of reports (fraud protection) — at most 1 year, then deleted automatically,
- anonymous bug reports and animal suggestions — they were never linked to your account,
- finished matches with another player — the result stays in your opponent's history, without your nickname.
Unused coins and the "No ads" purchase are forfeited without compensation when you delete your account.
