Terms of Service — Wild Beasts
Version 5, effective from 29 October 2026. This is a translation; in case of doubt the Czech version applies.
1. Who runs the game
Milan Langhamer, Pod Oborou 789, 517 73 Opočno, e-mail langhamer.milan@gmail.com ("operator", "we"). You download the game from Google Play, where the Google Play terms also apply. The e-mail address is also the point of contact for players and authorities under the Digital Services Act (DSA); we communicate in Czech and English.
2. The game and licence
- We provide the game and all its content (cards, illustrations, texts, rules) for personal, non-commercial use under a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the game or its content.
- Cards, coins, boosters and cosmetics are part of the licence to use them in the game, they are not your property and have no value outside the game.
- The card illustrations were created with the help of artificial intelligence tools and then edited. We check the facts about animals carefully, but an inaccuracy may still appear — write to us and we will fix it.
3. Account
- The game is for players aged 13 and over.
- Purchases with random content (starter pack, coins) are for adults only. Players aged 13 to 17 may only buy purchases without random content (for example “No ads”), with the consent of a parent or other legal guardian.
- Your account is created automatically the first time you start the game. Until you link it to Google Play Games, you will lose your collection and coins if you uninstall the game — the game warns you about this.
- One player, one account. Accounts, cards and coins may not be sold, bought or transferred for money outside the game.
- You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account); this also ends the contract.
4. Coins (virtual currency)
- You earn coins by playing (wins, quests, achievements, the quiz, selling cards back to the game).
- We do not sell coins on their own; the one-time starter pack contains 500 of them. Payments are handled by Google Play under its own terms.
- Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged back for money, withdrawn or transferred to another player.
- Coins can be used to buy boosters and cards from the daily offer. When you delete your account, unused coins are forfeited without compensation.
- If Google Play refunds a payment, we remove what the purchase gave you (coins, cosmetics); anything already spent may become a debt that is repaid from future coins.
- You can set a monthly spending limit in Settings.
- "No ads" is a one-time purchase that applies permanently to your game account: you get rewards for ads without watching the ad (with the same daily limit). The game shows no other ads. The purchase is forfeited when you delete your account.
5. Boosters and probabilities
- A booster contains randomly selected cards; the number of cards is shown with the booster in the Shop. The chances for each rarity are published before you buy (Shop → Probabilities).
- The draw takes place on the server when you open the booster. Opening the same booster again always gives the same cards.
- Guarantees and "at the latest after N boosters" apply only to rarities that are currently in the game.
- Rarity is for collecting — rarer cards are not stronger in battle.
6. Selling cards and trades
- You can sell a card back to the game for coins according to its rarity (the sale cannot be undone).
- Trades are only between players in the game, without free text, and only with an account linked to Google Play Games. A newly acquired card has a temporary trade lock.
- We may cancel suspicious trades (for example between your own accounts) and freeze trading on an account.
7. Playing with other people
- The game chooses opponents by rating. Leaving a match, forfeiting or running out of time for a move means a loss; your opponent may finish the match against the computer.
- Only players with the same game version can play together — after a new version is released, the game needs to be updated.
8. Rules of conduct and moderation
Prohibited: cheating (modifying the app, automation, exploiting bugs), offensive or inappropriate nicknames, trading accounts and cards for money, harassing other players. You can report a player in the game, and illegal content also at langhamer.milan@gmail.com.
Sanctions: changing a nickname, freezing trades, removing cards and coins obtained without right, blocking the account — depending on severity. We will inform you about a restriction in the game or by e-mail, including the reason. If you disagree, write to us within 6 months at langhamer.milan@gmail.com; a human will review the decision and we will reply within 30 days.
9. Liability and defects
- We fix and improve the game continuously. We do not guarantee that it will always run without outages; we are not liable for short-term unavailability (maintenance, outage of Google services).
- Claims for defects (digital content) can be made at langhamer.milan@gmail.com — we will handle them without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days. This clause does not limit the rights that the law gives you as a consumer.
- A purchase of digital content (starter pack, "No ads") is delivered immediately after payment. Before the purchase the game asks for your express consent to the start of performance and your confirmation that you thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract (Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code); Google Play sends you a purchase confirmation by e-mail.
- Refunds for purchases are handled by Google Play (support.google.com/googleplay).
10. Availability and changes to the game
We adjust the game continuously (cards, rules, economy). We may end operation; we will announce this in the game at least 30 days in advance. The game announces changes to these terms when you start it; by continuing to play you agree to them, otherwise you can delete your account.
11. Governing law and disputes
Czech law applies. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence. A consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
